DIRECTIONS HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE LSC 2020-2021 FIRST TEAM
1. Complete the Registration Form and click on the Send button
2. Submit a current color portrait photo to bubijo42@aol.com
3. Minimum age for eligibility is 16 years old
4. Once the player is accepted to the team via e-mail, text message or WhatsApp message he will be given access to the online payment for the yearly membership fee to the Lauderdale Soccer Club. The season fee is $ 100 per player
Yearly Membership includes:
a. The mandatory 2020/2021 properly insured FASA/USASA/US Soccer player ID and player pass valid from Sep 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021. All players must be registered with FASA and be a current member to be qualified to play in any FASA/USASA/US Soccer sanctioned game (no pass, no play FASA/USASA/US Soccer policy).
b. Shared costs involved in the team participating in FGCL competition including field rental, referee fees, team administration, communications, equipment and maintenance, promotion and representation, etc.
